Life can be stressful! Resilient Life Yoga encourages health and healing of the mind and body through mindful movement and breathwork, strengthening of the body and constructive rest. The class will focus on the intelligence of our bodies, the boundless wisdom of our hearts, and the resilient power of our true natures to promote healthy living. No yoga experience is necessary. Classes will be paced structured according to the needs of the class and its individual members.
