What It’s Like To Be A Teen in 2019 By, Marni Ratner, Founder of the aCHIeve Project

Easy and love don’t always go hand in hand especially when you are talking about teens and their mental health.

Putting this program together and Saturday  evenings show was to create a safe place for expression, expansion, and for the views of our teens to be heard.

Without these opportunities, each day more and more children and teens are presenting with symptoms of depression and anxiety. We have seen a significant increase in the number of children and teens who can benefit from support dealing with symptoms that in many cases interfere with their ability to enjoy their lives and perform in school.

My friends and peers and colleagues, this is real and these are all of our kids.

Bang the gong!! It is time to open our hearts and open our minds to see them for who they are……. They are the future.

Show them you are listening. Listen to the energy.
