Food & Mood: Can Nutrition Affect Your Mental Health?

Is there a connection between what we eat and how we feel? Are you suffering from anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, rapid moods changes, unexplained anger? In this workshop you will learn about the interconnectedness between WHAT we eat and HOW we feel. You will learn about common food-related causes that can trigger mental health challenges for some and how to know if you are one of those people.
