Teen Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation Class

A one hour class designed to attend to the daily stresses of a teenager growing body and mind. We will learn Yoga Asana (the postures) and use them as a foundation as we explore their mind, body and spirit. A another major component of these sessions is to establish a mindfulness practice and end with a guided meditation.
