Women’s Circle Yoga

Shift your attention back to SELF and “Return To Love”. Join us for a breath focused supportive yoga practice, reminding ourselves of the importance of taking the time to care for our heart and soul.
Enjoy a gentle yoga practice followed by a guided moving meditation, an opportunity for deep relaxation and emotional awareness. Participants will enjoy a refreshing drink and sweet treat at the end of the class.
