Enlightened Rest: The Effortless Path of Yoga

Yoga Nidra, (the Yoga Of Sleep), is an effortless practice that enables you to harvest the benefits of deep sleep to repair the mind and body at the deepest level. This practice requires only that you lay down and to be guided through the ancient relaxation techniques, such as the ’61 points’, to reach a state of total peace. Please come prepared to have a total rest and profound reset! No previous yoga experience is needed!
