Breathwork Workshop – Will be offered Virtually and In-Person

An event every month that begins at 6:30 pm on day 9 of the month, repeating until December 31, 2021
Join us for this interactive, experiential workshop to learn how to access your breath to manage better your stress, difficult emotions, and everyday life issues and demands. Through Breathwork we learn to navigate how to up-regulate and down-regulate our emotions and senses. We create a path to experience our world with more flow and ease.
Breathwork is a quick way to bypass the thinking mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you there very quickly. It is in this space of deep awareness where you will find healing, spirit, and love. It is also a very effective tool for managing anxiety, depression, and everyday stress. We highly recommend adding some breathwork to your self-care plan.
