Individual Yoga Sessions
These sessions are individual meditative, centering yoga practices where you will learn basic asana and then shift our focus to a didactic and exploratory exchange. During these conversations, I will help guide you to find which ways work the best for you to obtain your optimal life experience. When we shift to a more creative perspective we find it easier to clarify our desired outcomes and determine which methods work for. A minimum of 8 sessions is recommended to receive the full benefit but not required.
