Her psychotherapy practice focuses on strengthening the well-being of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Aleeza also has a special interest in working with schools to help develop strategies that meet the unique needs of children and adolescents. Aleeza specializes in supporting clients struggling with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. Aleeza’s practice is informed by Child Centered Play Therapy, psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Aleeza also frequently does Play Therapy using Sand Tray Play Therapy.
Frandi Mars / Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, LCSW-CFrandi Mars is a Licensed Certified Social Worker specializing in clinical practice. She is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Family Herbalist and currently working on a Doctorate in Natural Medicine. For the past 25 years as a social worker, her experience includes intensive case management in Child Welfare Services, Behavioral Health and Crisis Intervention, clinical work with children, teens and adults, and working with the developmental disabled populations. As a Health Coach for the last nine years, she specializes in working with children, teens and women who have depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, disordered eating, health related issues, auto immune issues and/or are dealing with a personal crisis. She uses a holistic approach in her clinical work by incorporating the mind body connection, therapy, nutrition, dietary intervention, energy work and natural healing modalities.

Kathi Doan / Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher
Kathi Doan is a personal trainer and yoga teacher. She received her RYT 200 from Chandra Surya Shala and teaches a variety of classes, including vinyasa, yin, gentle and restorative yoga. These classes integrate yoga practices that are specific to calming the mind and central nervous system. Stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns can create an imbalance and the intention is to cultivate tools that can swing the inner pendulum back to center, utilizing asanas (poses), essential oils, pranayama (breathing) techniques and meditation.
Lauren Newland / LCSW-C, CIMI
Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with clients across the lifespan. She received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and has since done therapeutic work in a wide variety of settings, including outpatient centers, hospital behavioral health, special education, and home visiting programs.
Lauren believes that empathy and relationship-building are the most important components of therapeutic work. She practices from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective. She enjoys partnering with clients to help them to identify their emotions and behavioral patterns, then brainstorm ways to manage them so that they can live their best life!
Dr. Julie Park
Dr. Park, Jaung Soon ( nick name Julie ) acquired Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the South Baylo University, CA (SBU) in 2003. After the Master’s program, she continued her study at SBU and graduated with a Doctoral degree in Oriental Medicine in 2006. After the post-doctoral work at the Western Medical Center and Well Health Care One in Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Park joined South Baylo University in 2008, as a faculty member to become Outreach Program Coordinator. She expanded her work as a clinic supervisor at SBU Anaheim clinic until she moved to Maryland in 2015. Her specialties are pain management, weight control, and anxiety treatment. She is also interested in skin care through acupuncture and advanced therapy.
Melissa Goldstein-Boswell – LCSWI have over 15 years of working in a variety of social services and mental health settings. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Maryland and I have a Master Degree in Social Work from The Catholic University of America and have my LCSW-C in Maryland. I also have a Certification in Child and Adolescent Therapy from University of Maryland School of Social Work, a Certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Certification in ADHD Coaching for Adolescents and Young Adults. I have experience counseling at risk juveniles and their families in private practice as well as experience with children, adolescents and families in inpatient psychiatric and medical settings.
Susan Holliday / MSW, LCSW-C
Susan Holliday is a clinical social worker who has been practicing psychotherapy for over 35 years. Her experience includes individual, group and family work with adults, adolescents and children. She also has worked in clinic, hospital, school, substance abuse and private practice settings. She taught Counseling and oversaw the Field Practicums in the Mental Health Associate program at Montgomery College in Takoma Park, MD for over 10 years. She also taught Psychology of Creativity at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, DC. She is open to using a wide array of therapy techniques to help her clients of all ages understand how to heal themselves from trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
