Our yoga instructors offer a variety of workshops and classes designed to meet a variety of specific issues as well as overall wellness and self-empowerment. Yoga is also used in addition to therapy to overcome a variety of life challenges and traumas. Yoga helps people achieve optimum emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.
