YOGA

Yoga is a system of personal growth and development achieved through postures, breathing, and concentration. A regular yoga practice promotes and helps maintain physical health, flexibility, as well as mental and emotional well-being. Our yoga instructors offer a variety of workshops and classes designed to meet a variety of specific issues as well as overall wellness and self-empowerment. Yoga is also used in addition to therapy to overcome a variety of life challenges and traumas. Yoga helps people achieve optimum emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.
